With 20 years of experience leading in both public and private sectors, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and organizations not just thrive—but transform. My path has always been about empowerment, but in recent years, that path expanded in a deeply personal way—helping high-achieving women break free from the patterns holding them back, especially their relationship with alcohol.
My journey began in education, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Florida State University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida. I spent years leading schools, empowering educators, and supporting professionals who often felt burned out and stuck in the cycle of overachievement—a cycle I knew well.
After climbing the ranks and leading at the highest levels in education, I transitioned to the private sector as an education consultant, where I continue to focus on leadership development, coaching, and creating meaningful change. Along the way, I became a certified life coach through Lumia Coaching, blending my expertise in leadership with a passion for personal transformation and coaching woman on how to build their own alcohol-free lifestyle .
Through my own alcohol-free journey, I realized how often ambitious, successful women use alcohol to cope, connect, or unwind—until it starts to hold them back. My coaching is grounded in research-backed strategies and a belief in the power of neuroplasticity—the science that proves our brains (and lives) can change at any time.
My approach combines decades of leadership experience with a personal understanding of the struggle to “have it all” while silently feeling misaligned. I help women—whether in education, business, or their personal lives—ditch what’s no longer serving them (including alcohol), align with their purpose, and lead lives of clarity, confidence, and impact.
I believe you already hold the answers you’re searching for—but when life is loud, stressful, and on overdrive, it’s easy to drown them out. That’s where I come in—not to give you a rulebook or tell you what to do—but to help you quiet the noise, peel back the layers of doubt, guilt, and perfectionism, and finally hear what’s been inside you all along.
Let’s get one thing straight:
You don’t need to hit rock bottom to question alcohol.
You don’t need to fit some narrative to want more for yourself.
You don’t need permission to make a change.
If alcohol isn’t serving you anymore, that’s reason enough.
You’re allowed to outgrow it.
You’re allowed to opt out of what everyone else calls “normal.”
And you’re allowed to do it now—not when things get worse.
Here’s the truth:
You are not stuck.
You are not broken.
And you are not alone.
